Help & Support

Short guides for every stage of Lanku, and a way to reach us.

Getting started
Go from a blank account to your first storyboard.
  1. Open Create and describe your story idea in a few sentences.
  2. Choose a duration and an aspect ratio — these shape how many scenes are planned.
  3. Pick characters from your library, or continue without them and add them later.
  4. Save the project; it starts as a Draft so you can keep editing everything.
Projects and drafts
How project status affects what you can change.
  1. Draft projects are fully editable: title, scenes, order, characters and settings.
  2. Open Projects to duplicate a project before trying a risky change.
  3. Use Versions inside a project to snapshot and restore earlier states.
  4. Deleting a project removes its scenes, assets and stored media.
Storyboard and scenes
Build the shot list that everything else is generated from.
  1. Each scene card holds a description, a visual prompt, dialogue and a duration.
  2. Use + Add Scene to insert a scene, and drag to reorder.
  3. Assign characters per scene so references stay consistent across shots.
  4. Set transitions and holds between scenes from the scene transition control.
Images, video and voices
What a generation costs and what happens when it fails.
  1. Each generation shows its credit cost before you start it.
  2. Credits are charged when the job is accepted and refunded automatically if it fails.
  3. Video generation runs in the background — you can leave the page and come back.
  4. If a job looks stuck, check Jobs; unresolved jobs are settled and refunded by the system.
Templates and presets
Start faster with reusable setups.
  1. Browse the template library from Create or Templates — browsing costs nothing.
  2. Style presets set the look; output presets set resolution, aspect ratio and format.
  3. Save any project as your own template to reuse its structure later.
Exporting your video
Package a finished project for the platform you're posting to.
  1. Open Export and check the readiness list — missing media is flagged per scene.
  2. Choose a social format (16:9, 9:16 or 1:1) and start the export.
  3. Completed exports stay in Export history so you can download them again.
Credits, plans and billing
Where your allowance comes from and how it's spent.
  1. Your plan grants credits each billing period; the balance is shown in Usage.
  2. Usage lists every charge and refund with the operation that caused it.
  3. Manage your plan from Settings → Billing & Plan.
Account, data and privacy
Control what we hold about you.
  1. Settings → Account & Privacy lists every category of data tied to your account.
  2. Export your data as a file at any time.
  3. Deleting your account removes your projects and media; financial records are kept in an anonymised form where the law requires it.
